The Foxfire Homeowner's Association (FHA) is an active organization that works to support and maintain the quality of life in Foxfire.  Annual dues are $50.  At least one meeting for all residents is held each year.

A seven-member volunteer Board of Directors is elected to conduct FHA business.  Residents are kept informed of FHA Board meetings and of events affecting Foxfire residents through e-mail (or postal mail for those without e-mail) and this website.

The Board and residents work together to sponsor neighborhood events.  Past events have included National Night Out, local candidate forums, community work days, renovation of our signature Triangle Area, picnics, plant swaps, and 4th of July celebrations.

Established in 1976

Foxfire is a rural subdivision of 160 lots.  Few lots remain undeveloped.  Residents established the Foxfire Homeowner's Association in 1985 and facilitated annexation to College Station in 1992.  Residents receive City police, fire, water, and sanitation services while retaining a country atmosphere.

Wildlife is abundant

Some remain mostly unseen, but the squirrels, deer and birds of all types are more adventurous.  Trees and plants flourish, but it is wise to buy deer-resistant varieties for your landscape
